Pajulahti Sports Institute is a versatile sports and leisure centre located in eastern Lahti in a scenic location on the shore of the lake Iso-Kukkanen with clean water, just over an hour´s drive from the capital city of Helsinki and twenty minutes from the city of Lahti. Our operations began in 1929. We have a land area of 110 hectares, including both comprehensive sport and accommodation facilities as well as magnificent outdoor sport activities opportunities with lakes, well-maintained jogging trails, lean-tos and woods areas in natural state. Pajulahti provides high-quality education, coaching services, conference services and positive experiences relating to sports and physical exercise to all visitors. Pajulahti is Finland’s only Olympic training centre certified by the Olympic Committee and the Paralympic Committee.

Happy to Move means that our educated instructors enjoy their work when giving health-promoting physical exercise lessons to our customers. Making Goals Come True refers to the ability of our sports institute to educate coaches so that they can reach the jointly set goals together with the athletes, as well as to Pajulahti’s expertise and top training conditions. Attitude Decides describes our ability to assist in applied sports, so that you can engage in and enjoy sports in a wheelchair, for example.

Our Adventure Park, with eleven full-length courses and 142 course elements, is the biggest in Finland. The length of the rope adventure is an astonishing 1.9 kilometres! Attention has been paid to naturalness and functionality in designing the park, and the adventure is suited for children and adults alike.
